Nine John Hancock closed-end funds announced their annual shareholder meetings will take place on February 16, 2027, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time at the funds' offices in Boston, Massachusetts. Shareholders will elect trustees at these meetings.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 24, 2026, are eligible to receive notice and vote at the meetings. Meeting notices are scheduled to be mailed to shareholders around December 28, 2026.
