Joint Operations Medical GmbH Shares Arthrosamid Data and Partnerships

Joint Operations Medical GmbH has provided updates regarding its product Arthrosamid, a treatment designed for knee osteoarthritis. The company presented new 10-year safety data and 5-year efficacy data at the World Congress on Osteoarthritis (WCO) in April 2025.

In conjunction with this data, the company has also announced several strategic partnerships. Contura Orthopaedics, associated with Arthrosamid, has initiated a two-year collaboration with England Athletics. Additionally, Contura has partnered with MatchFit, a sports communication agency, to promote the treatment.

Pure Sport Medicine Group has also joined forces with Contura Orthopaedics to enhance patient access to the Arthrosamid procedure. These collaborations and published data are part of the company's strategy to expand the availability of treatment options for musculoskeletal conditions.

The company has also highlighted athlete experiences, including those from former GB athlete Allison Curbishley and brand ambassador Sharron Davies, detailing their recovery and pain reduction from knee osteoarthritis with Arthrosamid treatment. Furthermore, rehabilitation programs and advice for pain management have been released.
