Jon Prosser Responds to Apple Lawsuit, Blames Other Defendant

YouTuber Jon Prosser has filed a formal response to Apple's lawsuit, accusing him and another defendant of allegedly stealing iOS secrets. Prosser denied in his filing that he "planned or participated in any conspiracy or coordinated scheme" to "injure Apple."

However, Prosser admitted to recording a FaceTime call that showed unreleased iOS software and sharing revenue from his YouTube videos about the leaks with the individual who provided him with the information. He further argued that the other defendant is "completely responsible" for the alleged disclosure of trade secrets.

Apple filed its lawsuit last July, claiming that Prosser and the other individual gained access to and shared confidential information regarding Apple's unreleased products and software. The company has consistently taken legal action to protect its intellectual property and upcoming product launches.

This legal battle highlights Apple's ongoing efforts to safeguard its proprietary technology and maintain control over product information ahead of official releases.
