Jonas Deichmann Completes 106 Triathlons in 106 Days for World Record
Athlete Jonas Deichmann has concluded an unprecedented endurance feat, completing 106 full-distance triathlons on 106 consecutive days. This new world record was set on September 6, 2024.

Athlete Jonas Deichmann has finalized an extraordinary athletic accomplishment by completing 106 full-distance triathlons over 106 consecutive days. The record-breaking series began on May 9, 2024, and concluded on September 6, 2024.
Each daily event involved a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km run. Deichmann's total distance covered includes 402.8 km of swimming, 19,080 km of cycling, and 4,473.2 km of running. His estimated total caloric expenditure reached one million calories.
The demanding physical regimen required Deichmann to consume up to 14 liters of fluids daily. He was supported by numerous individuals who joined him for various legs of the challenge.
To mark the completion of his record, approximately 300 supporters ran alongside Deichmann during his final marathon segment at the DATEV Challenge Roth event, celebrating his achievement.
