Jonas Deichmann Completes 106 Triathlons in 106 Days
Endurance athlete Jonas Deichmann has set a new record by completing 106 full-distance triathlons consecutively over 106 days. The challenge began on May 9, 2024, in Roth, Germany.

German endurance athlete Jonas Deichmann concluded his unprecedented record attempt on September 6, 2024. He successfully completed 106 full-distance triathlons in a row, starting the challenge on May 9, 2024, at the DATEV Challenge Roth course.
Each daily triathlon consisted of a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km cycle, and a 42.2 km run. Over the 106 days, Deichmann's cumulative distance included 402.8 km swimming, 19,080 km cycling, and 4,473.2 km running. His estimated caloric expenditure surpassed one million calories for the entire period.
Throughout the challenge, Deichmann consumed up to 14 liters of fluid daily and was supported by numerous individuals on various stages. Approximately 300 supporters ran alongside him to the finish line on the final day of his record-breaking feat.
