JSW One Narrows FY26 Loss by 51% Ahead of IPO
JSW One Platforms, a B2B e-commerce marketplace, reduced its net loss by 51% to ₹107 crore in FY26, while revenue grew 45%. The company is preparing for an initial public offering.

JSW One Platforms, the B2B e-commerce marketplace arm of JSW Group, significantly narrowed its consolidated net loss to ₹107 crore in the fiscal year ending March 2026, a 51% improvement from the ₹217 crore loss in the previous year. This reduction was driven by revenue growth that outpaced expense increases.
Operating revenue surged 45% to ₹5,743 crore in FY26, up from ₹3,963 crore in FY25. The company operates a technology platform integrating procurement of manufacturing and construction materials with logistics, processing, and financing.
The financial results come as JSW One prepares for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) estimated at ₹3,054 crore. For the first quarter of FY27, the company reported a profit of ₹14.2 crore on revenue of ₹1,642.5 crore.
Sales of goods, primarily steel, cement, and related construction materials, were the largest revenue driver, increasing 45.5% to ₹5,620 crore. This growth was attributed to the expansion of private brands and service center businesses. Total expenses rose 40.5% to ₹5,894 crore, with material purchases accounting for the largest portion, increasing to support distribution and private brand sales.
