Judge Matthew J. Nestor (Ret.) Joins Signature Resolution's Panel of Neutrals

Signature Resolution, a dispute resolution firm, has announced that Hon. Matthew J. Nestor (Ret.) has joined its panel of neutrals. Nestor will mediate and arbitrate complex civil disputes, including business litigation, commercial contracts, securities, employment, construction, personal injury, land use, family law, and thoroughbred racing matters.
Nestor brings a diverse background, having served as a judge for over 21 years on the Massachusetts bench. His judicial experience spans civil and criminal matters, including complex commercial disputes, securities and regulatory cases, employment litigation, construction disputes, and family law proceedings. He concluded his judicial career on the Massachusetts Superior Court. Prior to his judgeship, Nestor held positions as Director of the Massachusetts Securities Division and First Deputy Secretary of the Commonwealth.
