Jula Holding Establishes G&K Blanks Bostäder with Property Acquisition

Jula Holding Group is expanding its real estate portfolio by launching G&K Blanks Bostäder, a newly established company focused on rental housing. The company's first transaction is the acquisition of 130 rental apartments in Gothenburg, aiming to help meet the city's demand for more affordable housing.

With a clear focus on long-term development and sustainability, G&K Blanks Bostäder intends to develop and own rental properties. The acquisition took place in Kålltorp, a Gothenburg district known for its traditional "landshövdingehus" buildings, offering proximity to the city center and recreational areas. The company emphasizes its goal of creating secure and attractive living environments.

Jula Holding, which already owns approximately 700,000 square meters of commercial properties, views this as a step to balance the group's investments. The venture into residential properties is expected to initially focus on the Västra Götaland region, with the aim of acquiring and developing a significant portfolio in selected growth locations.

G&K Blanks Bostäder will prioritize properties with strong demand, alongside energy-efficient solutions and a commitment to socially sustainable living. The company plans to establish itself as a long-term player in the Swedish housing market.
