Julie Briggs Appointed President of Blue Ocean Contact Centers
Blue Ocean Contact Centers has appointed Julie Briggs, CPA, as its new President. Briggs assumes the role effective September 8, 2026, following the retirement of former President Andrew O'Brien.
Blue Ocean Contact Centers announced the appointment of Julie Briggs, CPA, as President, effective September 8, 2026. Briggs succeeds Andrew O'Brien, who is retiring from his role as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Briggs brings 37 years of experience with the company, most recently serving as Vice President, Finance. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in shaping the organization's business strategy, supporting growth initiatives, and strengthening client partnerships.
