Julius Bengtsson Appointed Airport Manager at Visby Airport

Julius Bengtsson is set to become the new airport manager at Visby Airport, starting January 18, 2027. Bengtsson transitions to this role from his position as CEO of Geab, where he gained extensive experience in business development and senior leadership across various sectors.

Academically, Bengtsson holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Prior to his tenure at Geab, he was involved in business and operational development, as well as investment-related matters at Science Park.

Visby Airport is operated by Swedavia, the Swedish state-owned airport operator. The airport serves the island of Gotland and is crucial for its regional connectivity.
