The acquisition is intended to bolster Jungheinrich's presence in Australia, a significant market within the Asia-Pacific region. It will also expand the company's reach in the Australian rental sector, providing access to new customer segments and sales channels.
Based in Sydney, All Lift Forklifts has operated for over 26 years and maintains six locations across Australia. The company offers a diversified rental fleet and comprehensive service capabilities across various industries.
Jungheinrich stated that the combination will merge local expertise with the resources of an international group. Following the acquisition, All Lift Forklifts will continue to operate under its existing brand name, ensuring continuity for its customers, employees, and partners. The combined entity plans to enhance its offerings in ownership, rental, and service solutions.
