Kalmar Annual Report for 2025 Published
Kalmar Corporation has released its 2025 Annual Report and financial statements in English and Finnish. The report includes financial performance, corporate governance, and sustainability reporting.
HELSINKI – Kalmar Corporation announced the publication of its 2025 Annual Report and financial statements for the period January 1 – December 31, 2025. The report is available in both English and Finnish as of Monday, February 26, 2026.
The 2025 Annual Report comprises the financial statements, the Board of Directors' report, and the remuneration report. It also includes the Corporate Governance statement and the Sustainability statement, which are part of the Board's report. The sustainability reporting adheres to the requirements of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
In compliance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, Kalmar is publishing the Board of Directors' report and consolidated financial statements in an XHTML file format. This serves as the official ESEF version of Kalmar's 2025 financial review, with primary financial statements and notes tagged using XBRL.
Ernst & Young Oy, a certified public accounting firm, has provided an independent auditor's assurance report on Kalmar's ESEF consolidated financial statements. All reporting materials can be accessed on the company's website and are attached to this release.
