Kalmar Global has initiated the Move2Green ecosystem, inviting companies, research institutions, and universities to collaborate towards achieving net-zero emission logistics chains by 2045. The initiative aims to reduce carbon emissions in heavy material handling through a focus on electrification and data-driven services.

Finnish ecosystem partners are eligible to apply for project funding from Business Finland, with a total of up to 50 million euros available. Non-Finnish companies are also welcome, though they will not be eligible for Business Finland's funding. All participants are encouraged to explore European Union funding opportunities.

The Move2Green ecosystem aims to drive tangible impact in reducing logistics emissions, foster business growth, and enhance partner competencies. It provides a platform for collaboration and sought-after solutions in electrification, alternative energy sources, and data optimization.

Companies interested in contributing to net-zero logistics are invited to submit their collaboration proposals and ideas through a dedicated online form. Kalmar seeks partners with expertise in key areas to join this collaborative effort.
