Kalmar Publishes 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements
Kalmar has released its 2024 annual report and financial statements. The report includes financial statements, the Board of Directors' report, and sustainability reporting.
Helsinki, Finland – Kalmar announced today, March 4, 2025, the publication of its 2024 annual report and financial statements. The report covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, and is available in both English and Finnish.
The annual report contains the financial statements, the Board of Directors' report, the corporate governance statement, and the remuneration report. It also includes a Sustainability Statement prepared in accordance with the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
In compliance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, Kalmar has published the Board of Directors' report and consolidated financial statements as an XHTML file. This official ESEF version features primary financial statements tagged with XBRL and notes to the financial statements with XBRL block tags. Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's report on the reasonableness of the ESEF consolidated financial statements.
