Kaplan Fox Advises Wix.com Ltd. Investors to Act Before Lead Plaintiff Deadline

The lawsuit alleges that Wix consistently represented its leadership in AI-powered web development as a key differentiator. However, the complaint claims the company's costs were accelerating rapidly as it struggled to maintain market relevance, particularly as competing AI technologies advanced beyond Wix's own product capabilities.

On May 13, 2026, Wix reported first-quarter 2026 earnings and revenue below consensus expectations. The company also reported a sharp decline in operating margins, attributing it to softness in its professional developer business. Following this news, Wix's stock price fell $20.56 per share, or 27.1%.
