KAPSARC Joins 25th WPC Energy Congress as National Partner

KAPSARC, a research think tank, is participating as a National Partner in the 25th WPC Energy Congress in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The congress, themed "Pathways to an Energy Future for All," is being hosted in the Kingdom for the first time in its history and will bring together global leaders and experts.

More than 20 KAPSARC leaders and experts will contribute to sessions covering critical issues shaping the global energy landscape, including energy security, investment, technology, and sustainability. Their contributions will span executive, technical, and special programs, reflecting the breadth of KAPSARC's research and policy expertise.

KAPSARC experts will present research and policy perspectives on topics such as energy supply and demand, energy access, natural gas, ESG and governance, and lower-emission pathways for refining and petrochemicals. A key focus will be a Knowledge Sprint session on "Generative AI for Evidence-Based Oil Markets," exploring AI's role in oil market analysis and policy research.

Additionally, KAPSARC will engage in discussions on carbon dioxide removal technologies and accelerating the circular carbon economy. The institute will also host a dedicated pavilion showcasing its research, analytical tools, and expertise across five thematic hubs: Oil, Transportation, Clean Energy, AI, and Collaboration, fostering knowledge exchange and engagement.
