The committee members are Will Brennan, Managing Partner at Long Path Partners (USA); Alex Shapiro, Managing Partner at Anabranch Capital (USA); Gregory Royston, Investment Analyst at Vor Capital (Great Britain); and Magnus Mandersson, Chairman of the Board at Karnov Group AB.
Will Brennan has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. The committee's mandate includes preparing proposals for the annual general meeting regarding the election of board members and auditors, as well as their remuneration.
