Amway founding family member Katie VanderWeide Renker is an investor and philanthropist active in her family's businesses, supporting initiatives in youth sports and child welfare.
Katie VanderWeide Renker, an investor and philanthropist, is involved in the leadership of several DeVos family businesses. She serves on the boards of Wakestream Holdings and RDV, and is a partner at Baton Collective.
In her role at Baton Collective, VanderWeide Renker supports the operations of Michigan Sports Academies, which provides club sports programming for youth in West Michigan, including volleyball, basketball, and soccer.
Prior to her current roles, VanderWeide Renker worked in client strategy and brand partnerships at marketing technology startups. She holds a master's degree in sports administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in communication and entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University.
She also serves on the board of the CDV5 Foundation and Chance Sports, organizations focused on helping individuals reach their potential and assisting aspiring young athletes. Along with her husband, Griffin Renker, she is a long-time supporter of charity: water and other initiatives benefiting children's health and well-being, such as Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.
