Kay Oswald Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Interblock
Interblock, a global provider of electronic table gaming products, announced the appointment of Kay Oswald as its new Chief Executive Officer. Oswald brings over 25 years of international experience scaling technology and consumer businesses.

LAS VEGAS, July 21, 2026 – Interblock, a global leader in electronic table gaming products, has appointed Kay Oswald as its Chief Executive Officer. The appointment concludes a director search that began in February 2026.
Oswald succeeds Bala Ganesan, Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., who served as interim CEO. Ganesan will return to his full-time role at Oaktree, which advises investment funds that hold a majority equity interest in Interblock. He will continue to work closely with Interblock to ensure a seamless leadership transition.

Oswald has more than 25 years of international leadership experience across consumer, hardware, and industrial technology businesses. He most recently served as CEO of KOHPA Technologies and previously as CEO of Technogym USA Corp. His career has involved leading teams in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia.
