KBR, Inc. has announced that its 16th annual charity golf tournament generated more than $1 million, exceeding the event's previous record. The tournament took place on October 24 at the Kingwood Country Club in Kingwood, Texas.
The event was organized by KBR's young professional employee resource group, IMPACT. The funds raised will be directed towards supporting local charities.
John Thomson, KBR's Chief Information Officer and executive sponsor for the tournament, stated that the event reflects the company's commitment to ESG principles and community support. He highlighted the importance of giving back to communities.
