KBR Declares Dividend Amid Business Separation Plans
KBR announced its regular quarterly dividend and confirmed plans to spin off its Mission Technology Solutions business into a separate company in January 2027.

HOUSTON – KBR announced on October 14, 2026, that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share. This declaration comes as the company proceeds with its previously announced plan to spin off its Mission Technology Solutions business into an independent public company named Trinzic, Inc., expected in January 2027.
The dividend is scheduled to be paid on January 15, 2027, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2026. Following the separation, both KBR and the newly formed Trinzic will independently evaluate their future dividend policies, the company stated.
KBR, which provides solutions for high-complexity industrial, energy, and infrastructure markets, aims to become a more focused entity after the separation. The company anticipates benefiting from long-term growth trends in energy security, energy transition, industrial modernization, and infrastructure investment. KBR employs 15,000 people and operates in more than 40 countries.
The Mission Technology Solutions business, set to become Trinzic, is described as offering intrinsic capabilities and deep expertise. The new entity is expected to launch as a global company in early 2027.
