KBR Files Registration Statement for Trinzic Spin-off
KBR has filed a Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the planned spin-off of its Mission Technology Solutions business.
KBR has publicly filed a Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This filing is a step towards the planned separation of its Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business, which is expected to operate as Trinzic and be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TZIC.
Upon completion of the separation, anticipated in January 2027, Trinzic will function as a global provider of mission-critical solutions. Its customer base will primarily include national security, defense, and space sectors. Trinzic will leverage decades of operational and technical expertise and operate from over 60 locations across North America, Europe, and the Australia/Pacific region.
KBR previously announced its strategic intent to spin off the MTS business. The company stated that this separation will allow both entities to focus on their respective growth strategies and better create value for shareholders. The Form 10 filing is available for review on KBR's investor relations website and on SEC.gov.
