KBR Restructures Business Segments, Appoints New Executives

The company has renamed its Government Solutions segment to Mission Technology Solutions, reflecting a strategic focus on its core capabilities and technological advancements. This realignment is intended to better align with market opportunities and KBR's long-term objectives.
In conjunction with the segment changes, KBR has also appointed new executives. Stuart Bradie, currently President and Chief Executive Officer, will become Chair Elect, effective May 2025. Byron Bright, President of Government Solutions U.S., has been named the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), also effective in May 2025.
