Keeper Security Surpasses $225 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue

Identity security firm Keeper Security has announced it has surpassed $225 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The company stated its ARR has more than tripled since 2021, positioning it to grow over four times faster than the industry average.

Keeper Security serves over 95,000 organizations, including a significant number of Fortune 500 companies and public sector agencies. The company has established itself as a market standard for AI-native identity security globally, based on its zero-trust and zero-knowledge platform. In 2025, analyst firm Gartner recognized Keeper as the second-fastest-growing security software competitor worldwide.

This growth is attributed to the increasing number of identities in the AI era and a focus on product innovation. The company recently launched KeeperPAM, a unified platform for privileged access management and identity security, designed to protect both human and non-human identities. KeeperPAM has seen its revenue increase tenfold year-over-year since its introduction in February 2025.

"Identity is the new security perimeter," said Darren Guccione, CEO of Keeper Security. "As enterprises increasingly deploy AI agents and autonomous systems, the number of privileged identities and machine credentials is growing exponentially. Organizations need a modern, unified platform that secures every identity โ€“ human and non-human โ€“ and governs every privileged interaction."

The company views exceeding $225 million in ARR as confirmation of its role in addressing AI-era security challenges. Keeper has outlined an accelerated path to $1 billion in ARR, which, combined with its technology roadmap, could lead to a future public offering.
