Kelce Brothers' Garage Beer Secures $20 Million in Funding
Football stars Travis and Jason Kelce's beer brand, Garage Beer, has secured a $20 million credit line. The funding comes as the independent craft beer industry faces significant challenges.

Garage Beer, the light lager brand backed by brothers Travis and Jason Kelce, has secured a $20 million revolving credit facility from Tiger Finance. This funding is intended to support the expansion of its product lineup and entry into new markets amidst a challenging economic climate for the independent craft beer industry.
The broader craft beer sector has been facing headwinds, including rising operational costs and declining sales, leading to closures and restructurings for many breweries. Garage Beer, however, has managed to attract significant investment, leveraging the celebrity status of its co-owners.
Tiger Finance highlighted the Kelce brothers' impact on brand awareness as a key factor in their decision. Brian Amicon, president of Garage Beer, stated that the financing provides the company with crucial flexibility to enhance distribution, invest in brand development, and deepen consumer engagement.
Originally launched as a local craft lager by Braxton Brewing Co. in Columbus, Ohio, Garage Beer became an independent company in 2023. The Kelce brothers acquired a majority stake and became co-owners and operators in the summer of 2024, significantly boosting the brand's national profile. Durational Capital Management also announced a strategic investment partnership with the company in late 2025.
The debt facility provides Garage Beer with growth capital without diluting equity. This revolving line allows for flexible access to funds tied to the brand's established value.
