Kelvion Conducts Swift Repair at Bottled Water Plant

Kelvion Service has successfully replaced heat exchanger coils in a dry air cooler at a bottled water production facility in the UK, completing the work within a critical timeframe.

The dry air cooler is used to chill water prior to bottling. Over time, the coils had sustained damage due to wear and tear, necessitating their replacement.

With the bottling plant nearing the end of a scheduled shutdown, Kelvion's service team had only a few weeks to complete the re-coring operation. The company stated that teamwork at the Atherstone Service Center was key to meeting the customer's deadline.

The swift repair ensured the plant could resume operations on schedule. The dry air cooler is now reported to be functioning efficiently again, preventing a prolonged disruption to the water producer's output.
