Kelvion consolidates software tools
Thermal management solutions provider Kelvion is phasing out its older GPC software in favor of its Select RT platform.
Kelvion, a manufacturer of thermal management solutions, has announced the discontinuation of its legacy GPC software. The company is consolidating its selection tools under the Select RT (KSRT) platform, aiming to streamline the process for customers choosing refrigeration components.
The Select RT software is designed to assist users in selecting the appropriate components from Kelvion's extensive range of refrigeration products. It provides comprehensive technical specifications, calculation results, and individually generated datasheets with pricing for commercial and large-scale unit coolers that can be printed for submission.
The program is noted for its user-friendliness and multilingual support, catering to various operating conditions. Kelvion also offers Select PHE, a web-based configurator for brazed (BPHE) and gasketed (GPHE) plate heat exchangers, which similarly guides users through product selection and generates technical and pricing data.
Kelvion stated that the parallel operation of both GPC and KSRT has ended, and all users are now directed to utilize the Select RT system. This move aims to centralize the company's digital selection capabilities.
