Kelvion Updates V-Bank Condensers and Adiabatic Pad Systems
Kelvion has enhanced its V-Bank condenser, dry cooler, and gas cooler range, alongside an updated adiabatic pad system, focusing on improved performance and installation.

Kelvion, a manufacturer of thermal solutions, has announced significant updates to its V-Bank range of condensers, dry coolers, and gas coolers, as well as its adiabatic pad system. The company has been developing its V-Profile technology since the 1990s to address market demands for reduced carbon footprints, quieter operation, and increased capacity density.
The latest iterations of the V-Bank coolers are lighter and designed for easier installation. They are now better integrated with an updated adiabatic pad system, which utilizes evaporating water to lower the air inlet temperature. This enhancement aims to improve the overall cooling efficiency of the units.
Following extensive testing, Kelvion's R&D team has implemented new geometric configurations and control logic for more uniform water distribution on the pads, leading to optimized adiabatic performance. The updated system is also lighter, easier to maintain and clean, and offers improved water quality control, which helps mitigate scaling on pads and coils.
These V-Bank units are applied in various sectors, including data centers, warehouses, and food storage facilities. They are known for their high thermal capacity, robust construction, and energy-efficient fan sets. The recent upgrades are intended to provide more effective and environmentally conscious heat rejection solutions.
