Kering and Mayhoola Amend Valentino Shareholders' Agreement
Kering and Mayhoola have agreed to amend their shareholders' agreement concerning Valentino. The framework for the evolution of the fashion house's ownership structure will not change before 2028.

Luxury group Kering and investment firm Mayhoola announced an amendment to their shareholders' agreement for the Valentino fashion house. The modification postpones any changes to the company's ownership structure until at least 2028.
Under the revised agreement, Mayhoola's put options to sell its remaining 70% stake in Valentino, originally exercisable in 2026 and 2027, are now deferred to 2028 and 2029, respectively. Kering's call option to acquire Mayhoola's stake in 2028 has also been moved to 2029. All other contractual provisions related to the options remain unchanged.
The companies reaffirmed their strategic partnership aimed at supporting the development of the Italian luxury brand and its long-term success. This adjustment follows the recent appointment of Riccardo Bellini as CEO of Valentino.
