Kering Appoints New CEOs for Pomellato and DoDo
Kering has appointed Charlotte Fournet as CEO of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as CEO of DoDo. Both appointments are effective September 15, 2026.
Luxury group Kering has announced leadership changes for two of its jewelry brands, appointing Charlotte Fournet as Chief Executive Officer of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as Chief Executive Officer of DoDo. The appointments are effective September 15, 2026.
Both executives will report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Kering's Group Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Kering Jewelry, and will be based in Milan.
As CEO of Pomellato, Fournet will lead the brand's development, focusing on strengthening its position in contemporary, colorful fine jewelry. Her responsibilities will include enhancing the brand's profile, improving store productivity, and pursuing disciplined distribution expansion.
Cucurachi, as CEO of DoDo, will oversee the brand's strategic development, aiming to reinforce its standing in the gifting jewelry sector. Her focus will be on sharpening brand positioning, deepening customer connections, and solidifying its leadership in Italy while expanding into select international markets.
These appointments support Kering Jewelry's strategy to unlock growth potential within its Maisons and reinforce their distinct identities. The group views its jewelry division as a strategic growth pillar.
