Kering approves interim dividend of €2.00 per share for 2024
Kering's Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of €2.00 per share for the 2024 financial year. The dividend will be paid on January 16, 2025.
Luxury group Kering announced that its Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of €2.00 per share for the 2024 financial year during its meeting on December 3, 2024.
The interim dividend is scheduled to be paid on January 16, 2025, with the record date set for January 15, 2025, after market close. The ex-dividend date will be January 14, 2025, prior to trading.
While this amount is lower than the dividend paid in 2023, Kering stated that the decision reflects its commitment to maintaining a consistent payout ratio over the long term. The company aims to provide stability to its shareholders.
The proposed balance of the dividend for the 2024 financial year will be presented by the Board of Directors on February 10, 2025, and will be submitted for shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2025.
