Kering establishes two centers of excellence to support its luxury houses
Kering announced a new organizational structure with the creation of two Group centers of excellence, Industry and Client. The aim is to optimize operational efficiency and support the sustainable growth of its luxury houses.

Luxury group Kering has announced a new organizational structure with the creation of two Group centers of excellence: Industry and Client. These new divisions are intended to optimize operational efficiency and support the sustainable growth of the group's individual brands.
The Industry division will focus on enhancing the structure, excellence, and efficiency of production, encompassing purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and research and development. Carlo Mocci has been appointed Chief Client Officer. He will report directly to CEO Luca de Meo.
The Client division will provide expertise and shared solutions for implementing the group's client strategy, working closely with the individual houses. Its responsibilities cover the entire value chain related to clients, including product and pricing, marketing, distribution channels, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and data.
Kering has also made key appointments within these divisions. Stéphane Noël has been appointed Chief Industrial Officer, effective April 1, 2026, and will join the Kering Executive Committee. Carlo Mocci has been appointed Chief Client Officer, effective May 4, 2026, and will also join the Executive Committee. Both will report directly to CEO Luca de Meo.
These organizational changes are designed to clarify Kering's structure and streamline operations, enabling its luxury houses to accelerate their strategies and achieve faster, further growth in the global market.
