Kering Launches Kering Jewelry, Appoints Jean-Marc Duplaix as CEO
Kering has established a new entity, Kering Jewelry, to structure and accelerate its jewelry business. Jean-Marc Duplaix has been appointed as its Chief Executive Officer.

Kering announced the creation of Kering Jewelry, a new division designed to organize and boost the growth of its jewelry operations. The move consolidates existing brands and industrial capabilities.
The new entity will house Kering's jewelry houses: Boucheron, Pomellato, Dodo, and Qeelin. It will also incorporate the group's industrial assets, including the Raselli Franco Group, which is currently being integrated and is expected to contribute significantly through its expertise and technology.
Jean-Marc Duplaix has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Kering Jewelry, effective immediately. The CEOs of the individual jewelry houses will report to Duplaix, enhancing strategic alignment and operational coordination. Duplaix will continue to hold his current role as Group Chief Operating Officer, overseeing finance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, real estate, digital operations, and the general secretariat.
Kering Jewelry is intended to function as an integrated platform to support the growth of its constituent houses. This structure aims to foster the development of their creative identities and high jewelry collections, while also enabling Kering to explore new opportunities within the jewelry sector, potentially extending to its fashion and leather goods brands.
