Helsinki – Finnish retail group Kesko has agreed to acquire the operations of Dahl, a leading Nordic technical trade operator, in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The transaction is set to significantly bolster Kesko's position in the Nordic technical trade market.

However, Kesko has indicated that all three target companies are profitable, with the Swedish entity being the largest.
