Kesko Publishes 2025 Annual Report
Retail group Kesko Oyj has released its 2025 Annual Report. The report is available in Finnish and English, including financial statements formatted for ESEF.
Helsinki – Retail group Kesko Oyj published its 2025 Annual Report on Thursday, February 27, 2026. The report includes sections on the company's direction, the Board of Directors' report, financial statements, and corporate governance.
The report is available in PDF format in Finnish and English. Kesko has prepared its consolidated financial statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, with XBRL tagging applied. Deloitte Oy, an authorized public accounting firm, has provided an independent auditor's report with reasonable assurance on Kesko's ESEF financial statements.
The Board of Directors' report also features a sustainability statement compliant with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation. Deloitte Oy has performed a limited assurance engagement on this sustainability statement.
