Kesko Reports December Sales Growth
Kesko Oyj announced its December 2025 sales increased by 9.3% year-on-year, reaching €1,060.5 million. Comparable sales grew by 6.6%, with growth observed across all divisions.
Helsinki – Retail group Kesko Oyj reported on January 16, 2026, that its total sales for December 2025 rose by 9.3% compared to the previous year, amounting to €1,060.5 million. Comparable sales, excluding the impact of acquisitions and currency fluctuations, increased by 6.6%.
The company's grocery trade division saw a 5.0% increase in sales, reaching €626.2 million. Sales to K Group grocery stores grew by 6.4%, while Kespro, the B2B wholesale arm, experienced an 8.1% sales uplift.
In the building and technical trade division, total sales increased by 17.9% to €326.0 million. Comparable division sales grew by 8.3%. Building and home improvement trade sales were up by 26.2%, with comparable growth at 6.2%. The car trade division also reported sales growth of 10.8%, totaling €110.2 million.
Kesko noted that the positive sales trend observed in the third quarter continued into December. The results reflect growth across all its business areas, including increases in Finland and other countries, as well as the impact of recent acquisitions in Denmark, which were integrated during 2025.
