Kesko sets November 2, 2026, as completion date for Dahl acquisition

Kesko has specified the completion date for its acquisition of the technical trade operator Dahl in Sweden, alongside Brødrene Dahl operations in Norway and Denmark. The Finnish retail and wholesale company now expects the transaction, acquired from Saint-Gobain, to finalize on November 2, 2026.

This update follows the initial announcement made on June 15, 2026, where the company projected completion by the end of that year. The move is part of Kesko’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in the Nordic technical trade market.

The finalization of the deal remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Once complete, the acquisition will integrate Dahl’s regional operations into Kesko's building and technical trade division.
