Kesko shareholders approve share issue to fund Dahl acquisition
Kesko’s extraordinary general meeting has authorized the board to issue up to 12 million new B-shares to refinance the recent acquisition of Dahl operations in the Nordics.

Kesko Corporation’s extraordinary general meeting has granted the board of directors authority to issue up to 12 million new B-series shares. The move is designed to provide financing for the company’s acquisition of Dahl operations in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
The authorization represents approximately 3 percent of the company’s total share capital. It operates independently of the previous share issue authorization granted by the annual general meeting in March 2026, remaining valid until June 30, 2027.
The board holds the discretion to offer these shares to existing shareholders on a pro-rata basis or, for significant financial reasons, to other parties. All shares will be issued against payment, with the subscription price to be determined by the board at the time of issuance.
