KeyBank Names Drue Anderson to Lead Retail Banking

CLEVELAND – Sept. 29, 2026 – KeyBank (NYSE: KEY) announced today that Drue Anderson has joined the company to lead its Retail Banking division. Anderson will guide the next stage of growth for KeyBank's retail business, focusing on disciplined execution, client experience, and the bank's long-term strategic commitments.

Anderson succeeds Kevin Sloan, who is retiring at the end of the year. Anderson brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in banking to KeyBank. Most recently, he served as Divisional Director of Consumer Banking and Head of Virtual Banking at JPMorgan Chase.

Earlier in his career, Anderson held leadership roles at Citibank, including regional director and sales manager within the company's wealth management business. In those roles, he helped deliver double-digit year-over-year balance and revenue growth multiple times.

Anderson will be based at KeyBank's Indianapolis office and will work with Sloan through the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth leadership transition. KeyCorp is one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies, with assets of approximately $191 billion as of June 30, 2026.
