Frankfurt – The Board of Supervisory Directors of KfW has decided to extend the contract of Dr Stefan Peiß as a Member of the Executive Board for an additional five years. Dr. Peiß's second term will begin on January 1, 2025, and conclude on December 31, 2029.

Dr. Peiß, 54, has served on KfW's Executive Board since January 1, 2016. He will continue to be responsible for credit risk management, risk controlling, and all tasks related to compliance. In recent years, Dr. Peiß has focused on promoting proactive risk management and implementing regulatory requirements.
