Johannesburg, South Africa – Kholo Capital Mezzanine Debt Fund I announced it has provided R275 million (approximately US$17 million) in mezzanine debt funding to DCC Holdings Proprietary Limited, a South African information and communications technology (ICT) distributor. The funding is intended to refinance existing debt and support DCC's long-term growth strategy.

DCC Holdings is a significant distributor of ICT products and solutions in Southern Africa, offering a comprehensive portfolio from leading global technology manufacturers like HP, Dell, and Lenovo. Mokgome Mogoba, Founder and Managing Partner of Kholo Capital, stated that the funding will support DCC's management team as the business enters its next phase of growth. "This transaction demonstrates how structured mezzanine debt capital can be used to optimize a company's capital structure and support sustainable growth," Mogoba said.

With this new financing, DCC Holdings aims to strengthen its market position and continue its expansion within the Southern African ICT sector.
