Kia Launches Expanded Electric Van Range with PV5 Models
Kia Deutschland GmbH has introduced its PV5 range, featuring modular, all-electric vans designed for diverse professional use cases.

Kia Deutschland GmbH has launched its PV5 range, expanding its electric light commercial vehicle offerings. The lineup is built on Kia's "Purpose-Built Vehicle" (PBV) vision and includes various configurations such as Cargo, Crew, and Passenger.
The PV5 Cargo variant is engineered for goods and freight transport, providing a cargo space of up to 5.1 cubic meters. It integrates business-optimized software, including Geotab's Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), to aid fleet management.
The Crew model features a flexible rear area adaptable for both passengers and equipment, with securement systems for irregularly shaped cargo. The Passenger version offers configurable seating for five to seven individuals and advanced driver-assistance systems.
Specialized variants also include a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) and a Chassis Cab model intended for custom conversions. Kia first presented the PV5 Cargo and Crew in the UK in April 2025.
