Kilenkrysset Increases Voting Stake in K-Fast Holding Through Share Exchange
The Kilenkrysset Group has increased its voting stake in K-Fast Holding AB to 10.0 percent through a share exchange with the company's principal owners. Equity stakes remain unaffected by the transaction.

Malmö – Kilenkrysset Group has completed a share exchange with K-Fast Holding AB's main owners, Erik Selin and Jacob Karlsson, via their respective companies. This transaction increases Kilenkrysset's voting share in the property company to 10.0 percent.
The exchange involved 3,650,946 Class B shares, each carrying one vote, being swapped for an equal number of Class A shares, which carry five votes each. This adjustment significantly boosts Kilenkrysset's voting power within K-Fast Holding.
Despite the shift in voting rights, the equity stakes of the principal owners remain unchanged. The total number of shares and votes in K-Fast Holding AB are unaffected by this specific transaction, meaning the overall ownership structure in terms of capital is stable.
Kilenkrysset stated that this move aims to consolidate its position and influence within K-Fast Holding. The company continues its operations in property development and management as usual.
