Kimi launches cloud-based agent management platform for enterprises
Kimi has introduced Kimi Hosted Agents, a cloud-managed service that allows businesses to run and maintain AI agents without building custom infrastructure.
Kimi has launched Kimi Hosted Agents, a service designed to provide a managed cloud environment for running AI agents. The service aims to alleviate the burden of infrastructure maintenance by offering a 24/7 hosted runtime environment where developers can deploy agents for both internal business tasks and external customer-facing products.
To ensure operational safety, the platform features sandboxed environments with network access controls and an auditing mechanism. Integration with internal security policies is handled via an inference hook, which allows enterprises to intercept and filter data before it is processed by the AI model.
At launch, the service provides access to over 140 skills and 30 plugins, covering tasks such as web search and document processing. The company has also released templates tailored for the financial sector to simplify deployment. Pricing is usage-based, incorporating hourly sandbox runtime fees, model inference costs, and plugin usage charges.
