King Price, in collaboration with Primestars, YouthStart Foundation, and Seed Academy, has initiated the Youth Advance program, an entrepreneurship development initiative aimed at unemployed young people in South Africa's Gauteng province. The program is now accepting applications.
The initiative targets South Africans aged 18 to 35 who aspire to start, strengthen, or grow sustainable businesses. It is open to individuals who are unemployed, under-employed, operate informal businesses, or have businesses less than two years old.
Youth Advance provides business development support, financial literacy training, mentoring, coaching, and pitch preparation. Participants will receive practical tools to enhance their trade readiness. Priority will be given to business ideas and enterprises in sectors such as financial services, insurance, construction, property, digital services, and the green economy.
The program seeks to equip young entrepreneurs with the necessary skills and resources to build viable businesses and contribute to economic development.
