Kingsmen Resources Ltd. has closed a $4.15 million non-brokered private placement financing. The company will use the proceeds to advance its Las Coloradas silver/gold project in Mexico.

Vancouver, British Columbia – Kingsmen Resources Ltd. announced on November 24, 2025, that it has completed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $4,151,250. The company intends to use the funds to further advance its Las Coloradas silver/gold project located in Mexico and for general working capital.
The financing involved the issuance of 3,075,000 units at a price of $1.35 per unit. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase an additional common share at $1.90 for two years from the closing date. A portion of the placement included cash payments and finder's warrants totaling $191,179.36 in cash and 141,614 finder's warrants.
Kingsmen Resources focuses on mineral exploration, with its primary assets being the Las Coloradas silver/gold project and the Almoloya gold/silver project in Mexico. These projects are situated in a prolific mining district and feature historic, high-grade silver mines, suggesting potential for further precious metal deposits.
