Kingsmen Resources raises over $3 million in private placement
Kingsmen Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to $3,003,750 to advance its Las Coloradas Silver/Gold project in Mexico and for working capital.

Kingsmen Resources Ltd. has secured up to $3,003,750 through a non-brokered private placement financing, announced on November 4, 2025. The company plans to utilize these funds to further advance its Las Coloradas Silver/Gold project in Mexico, as well as for general corporate working capital.
The financing involves the issuance of up to 2,225,000 units at a price of $1.35 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will give the holder the right to purchase an additional common share at $1.90 for a period of two years from closing.
This capital infusion is aimed at continuing the exploration and development of Kingsmen's projects in the Parral Mining District of Mexico. The company holds a 100% interest in the Las Coloradas and Almoloya projects, which are considered prospective for hosting further precious metal deposits, potentially building on historical high-grade silver mine operations in the area.
The proceeds will support ongoing work programs, including further drilling and exploration activities. All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period and regulatory approvals, including acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
