Kitzbühel Introduces New Summer Attractions and Celebrates Anniversaries
Kitzbühel is launching its summer season with new attractions and events. Several anniversaries will also be celebrated this season.

Kitzbühel Tourism is introducing a range of new attractions and events for the upcoming summer season. The alpine town aims to draw visitors through a combination of sporting events, new leisure activities, and expanded cultural offerings.
Viktoria Veider-Walser, Managing Director of Kitzbühel Tourism, highlighted the region's dynamic development, emphasizing the blend of tradition and innovation. "We are celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Kitzbühel Fair, the 50th anniversary of The Londoner, and the 50th anniversary of the International Regular Guests Club Kitzbühel. Simultaneously, we are creating new impulses in sports, culture, and gastronomy," Veider-Walser stated.
The summer event calendar features international sports competitions, including the inaugural Austrian Alpine Open. The tennis stadium will host international matches alongside concerts and cabaret performances. August will see two comedy shows by Monika Gruber and a summer open-air concert by Andrea Berg, with Pizzera & Jaus scheduled for September.
Cultural offerings are enhanced by the Kitzbühel Summer Concerts, presenting chamber music, and Museum Kitzbühel's exhibitions and guided tours focusing on local nature and history. Kunstbühel+ is also presenting projects at the intersection of visual art, performance, and social space.
Several anniversaries are being marked, including the 100th edition of the Kitzbühel Fair, which will feature a new children's area. Regional tourism officials emphasize Kitzbühel's commitment to showcasing sporting excellence and the alpine lifestyle throughout the summer months.
