Kiva Sales & Service and Petalfast merge to form cannabis distributor Waveform
Cannabis distributors Kiva Sales & Service and Petalfast have merged to form Waveform, a new logistics company serving nearly 1,000 retail locations across California.

Following the completion of a merger in August 2026, Kiva Sales & Service and Petalfast have launched a combined entity operating under the name Waveform. The company currently manages logistics and sales operations for 48 brands, servicing approximately 975 retail locations.
Waveform differentiates its model through a centralized technology stack, which includes a digital marketplace for retailers and a shared CRM for sales teams. CEO Arun Kurichety stated that the integrated data platform is designed to provide real-time insights, intended to help brands scale more effectively within the California market.
The firm operates with three distinct service tiers, ranging from pure logistics to full-service sales representation. With a fleet of 45 vehicles and 70,000 square feet of warehouse space, the company plans to utilize this infrastructure as a blueprint for planned expansions into New York and New Jersey.
