Klassroom IPO Subscribed 91% on Second Day
Edtech startup Klassroom's BSE SME IPO has reached 91% subscription on its second day of bidding, which began on Monday.

Edtech startup Klassroom's Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform has seen significant investor demand, reaching 91% subscription by 2:20 PM IST on Monday. Investors had placed bids for 1.599 million shares against the total offer size of 1.758 million shares.
Retail investors have shown the strongest interest, oversubscribing their quota by 1.2 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) had subscribed 68% of their allocated shares, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) had subscribed 63% of their portion.
Prior to the IPO, Klassroom raised ₹11.1 crore from six anchor investors. The public issue includes a fresh issue of up to 1.989 million shares and an offer for sale of up to 0.466 million shares, aiming to raise ₹39 crore at the upper price band.
The funds raised will be allocated towards technology upgrades, content development, marketing, brand building, and debt repayment. The company reported a net profit of ₹7.6 crore in FY26, a 162% increase from FY25. Operating revenue stood at ₹23 crore, up 128% year-on-year.
